We offer a FREE 2 week trial to all new students, obligation-free. After all, the best way to judge a class/instructor is to give their class a try.                          We are sure that you will love our classes and the atmosphere.

Once you have finished our FREE trial and you wish to continue we have a simple direct debit fees structure which is designed to help you get the most out of your training by encouraging you to train at least twice per week. Training at least twice a week helps you quickly develop reflexive skills that you can rely on and also help to improve your fitness. This means training with us is not just great financial value but also a great way to get results from your training.

Our 10 classes a month program works out at £5 per class. And unlimited training is even better value for those who really want to hot house their progress.

We believe in making sure that our students get great results from their training in the most cost effective way for them.

Training twice or more a week.

We have found that training at least twice a week is enough to maintain a steady learning curve. In contrast training once a week is going to result in frustratingly poor progression especially as you reach intermediate grades. This is why we encourage our students to train at least twice per week and we offer this as a minimum training package.

Many people feel that training once a week and think that that will be enough to continue their progress, but soon they realise that this is not enough to effectively reach their goals. This leads to frustration for the student and often results in feeling despondent as they fail to progress and eventually they end up quitting even though they actually enjoy training. It is only common sense: training once a week result in slow progress and it is definitely not easy to get good at something if you only do it once a week.

For this reason we don’t offer students the option of training once a week or to pay as you go. Students who only train once a week are statistically more likely to quit at beginner or intermediate levels, whereas those who train twice or more a week are highly likely to achieve advanced levels and actually achieve what they set out to get from training.

A pay as you go club where you will typically pay £6-10 per class may seem like the flexible option but it really encourages poor training habits which leads to poor results. This system encourages poor training habits and hinders progress of students instead of aiding them and helping towards achieving their goals.

Unlimited training.

Our unlimited training program is very reasonably priced at £54 per month. It includes all club seminars in one simple monthly cost and allows you to attend as many or as few classes as you wish.
